- For people who enjoy having food preparation done in their own kitchen
- For people who want to save money
With this Private Chef service, you have many options: You may prefer to do the shopping yourself
or to have me shop. You may choose to have me stay to cook or to have me prepare the food ahead of time
to be reheated.
Simple or elaborate menus are available. Menus are designed around your request. If you say,
"I love steak" then I will suggest a few steak dishes such as Ginger Beef, Sichuan Steak au Poivre,
or Marinated and Grilled Porterhouse and so forth. See sample menu below.

For example, the estimated preparation time for a dinner party for 10 to 12 people would be 8 to 12 hours depending on the menu. If you have a housekeeper to wash dishes during the day, then I can prepare more food in less time. Once you have chosen the menu, I can give you an exact cost of labor and food.
