    AMAGANSETT CLASSES

    Join me in the Hamptons this summer for an evening of delicious food in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy a fully participating cooking class and a menu based on organic local produce and line caught fish from local day boats. Meat and poultry dishes too. Come an hour early and enjoy an optional knife skills class at no extra charge.

    Time:   6 - 10 pm
    Cost:   $110 per person per class
    Note:   Limited to 12 students per class; bring your own wine

    SPECIAL OCCASION CLASSES

    Time:   Four hour class by appointment
    Cost:   $110 per person, with a minimum of 10 people. A smaller class of 6-9 students is $160 per person.
