Class Schedule

My classes are held in New York City.  During each class we will prepare and eat a delicious dinner or lunch.   Make-ups can be arranged if I am given five days notice.  Additionally, if you have a group of friends, you can arrange your own date or a special time.  I can also come to you for an additional cost of $200.00.   Feel free to call or email me with questions!  I require payment in advance by check or credit card.

All courses are taught with the theme "Cook for Taste, Eat for Health" and are fully participatory.

Exact menus are determined one week prior to class. My decisions are made based on inspiration and local market selections. Personal requests are welcomed.

TUESDAY EVENING SERIES
Join me for easy menus:  tips and secrets on how to shop, chop, and prepare delicious meals for family and friends.

Time:  7 - 10:00 pm
Cost:  $100 per person per class or $90 per class for series of four

PRIVATE CLASSES
Time:  Four hour class by appointment
Cost:  Weekdays Mon - Thurs: $600; weekends Fri - Sun: $700

You create the menu from a large selection of choices and receive personalized and individualized instruction along with a delicious meal created just for you

SPECIAL OCCASION CLASSES
Corporate team building, birthdays, bridal and baby showers, etc. are available by appointment. The cost is $100-$145 per person, depending on menu, with a minimum of 10 people. A smaller class of 6 students is $125-$155 per person.
