Hors d'ouerves:
- Asian Ratatouille in Endive Leaves
- Wild Mushroom Spring Rolls
First Course:
- Mustard Crusted Halibut with Tomato Coulis
Second Course:
- Sichuan Organic Chicken with Broccoli, Steamed Brown & White Rice
or
- Ginger Beef (Filet Mignon) with Snow Peas, Steamed Brown & White Rice
Dessert:
- Coconut Cake with Fresh Strawberries
- Fresh Berries
PRICE LIST
$1200 chef's fee, plus cost of food and transportation. For example, a party of ten:
- $1200 Chef's Fee
- $400 Food Cost
- $75 Transportation ($100 outside Manhattan)
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Wait staff at $35.00 per hour or you may supply your own.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when the party is booked. The balance is due the day of the party.
Cancellations are not accepted after one week prior to the date.
