- Steamed Dumplings with Pork and Shrimp
- Lentil and Goat Cheese Salad in Endive Leaves
Buffet Dinner:
- Spiced Rubbed Pan Seared Salmon
- Penne with Arrabiatta
- Sauteed Chicken Breast with Lemon and Parsley
- Chopped Salad
Dessert:
- Chocolate Fallen Soufflé Cake
- Fresh Berries with Crème Chantilly
PRICE LIST
- $88 per person (includes food cost)
- $75 Transportation ($100 outside Manhattan)
- $35 per hour Karen Lee cooking assistant
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Wait staff at $35.00 per hour or you may supply your own.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when the party is booked. The balance is due the day of the party.
Cancellations are not accepted after one week prior to the date.
